Hi gorgeous, I’m Ellia, the Creative Director of Hair & Makeup Collective!

I’m a professional hair & makeup artist with 15 years experience in the beauty industry. I’ve worked on makeup counters, as a freelance artist, on commercials, films, in TV and on countless beautiful faces across the UK and abroad, making up happy brides-to-be.
I’ve always loved makeup, I remember playing with my auntie’s Miss Selfridge loose eyeshadow powders when I was little – yes Miss Selfridge used to do makeup! – I was always dipping my fingers into the pots and watching the sparkly dust go all over the floor! When I was in high school I knew makeup and hair was what I wanted to do when I grew up, how to do it seemed more complicated; but after university I moved to London to officially train at Greasepaint Hair & Makeup Academy and never looked back!
I still love what I do and take personal pride in taking care of my clients. I know from experience that looking good and feeling good go hand in hand, so working together with a client to ensure they’re completely happy with their hair and makeup so they feel amazing is the best part of the job. I believe that makeup and hair is a huge factor in boosting your natural confidence so you glow from the inside out.
